Finally Have the foundation up to first floor level.

This will be the terrace area, which you can see

will be at the roof level of the cabina.

(More "parking" under the terrace?)

This is the garage area which will be underneath the Master bedroom, and next to the cabina.

The wooden form shown here is the first of several which will be used to pour concrete pillars to support the terrace above.

Footers & foundation

Next week - the main floor gets built on top of this foundation.

This wood is no longer available in Costa Rica in this size - it will arrive in 3-4 wee3ks - in time for the roof construction.
